Cancellation/Refund Policy

NEXT SEASON RESERVATIONS (Booking in 2024 for 2025):

$200 required at booking, non-refundable
Balance required by February 28, 2023

CURRENT SEASON RESERVATIONS:

100% full payment required at reservation.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation of 2 weeks (14 calendar days) or more to arrival date
Refund Amount: Total less one night stay

Cancellation of more than 1 week (8 calendar days or more) prior to arrival
Refund Amount: 50% of reservation fee

Cancellation of less than 1 week (7 calendar days or less) prior to reservation
Refund Amount: No refund

Credit card upon check in for damage deposit ($400), pet deposit ($25), excessive cleaning fees (if applicable) ($200)

Clothing / Merchandise Return Policy

Clothing / merchandise sold on a final sale basis. There are no refunds. Exchanges for clothing/merchandise for the same item in a different size and is subject to availability.

Requests for exchange of size must be made within 30 days of purchase of the clothing/merchandise. Exchange costs of shipping clothing is the responsibility of the buyer. Exchanged clothing must be unworn and in new condition.
